MLBB continues to establish itself as a leader in the global esports landscape, offering a platform for organizations worldwide to engage with Southeast Asia's rapidly growing esports ecosystem. Earlier this year, Saudi Arabia-based teams Twisted Minds (TWIS) and Team Falcons (FLCN) entered the Philippine esports market through the MLBB Professional League (MPL) Philippines. Both organizations expressed their intention to capitalize on the opportunities for talent development and market expansion in Southeast Asia, with the Philippines serving as their foundation for growth.
Additionally, MPL Indonesia has become the new home for global esports powerhouse Natus Vincere (NAVI). NAVI's entry into the Southeast Asian market reflects their long-term commitment to the MLBB ecosystem, driven by the region's significant growth potential and large viewership. As one of the most recognized names in global esports, NAVI recognized MLBB as a prime opportunity to grow their brand, given the game's passionate and rapidly expanding fanbase.
As 2024's most-watched mobile esports title, MLBB esports continues to solidify its role as a leading platform for global organizations seeking to expand in the region. With widespread popularity across Southeast Asia, driven by a dynamic competitive scene, MLBB esports offers organizations the platform to grow their fanbase and brand. As more organizations enter the ecosystem, look forward to more MLBB esports action in 2025 💥
Partner Success Stories
Infinix and MOONTON Games power up MLBB professional tournaments with multi-year partnership 💪

With the popularity of MLBB esports in Southeast Asia, Infinix saw a unique opportunity to deepen its connection with the region's gaming audience. By partnering with MOONTON Games, Infinix aimed to immerse itself in the MLBB community and build meaningful, long-term engagement across multiple markets, going beyond traditional sponsorships. The collaboration has since garnered strong results, with over 160 pieces of media coverage and a reach of more than 44.1 million—totaling to an estimated USD 407,000 in advertising value equivalency.

To further amplify the partnership, Infinix and MOONTON Games organized activations across key markets. In MPL Philippines, the collaboration went beyond brand visibility with initiatives that directly empowered communities. The Fansiklaban community tournament was launched to spotlight and nurture local gaming talent, providing aspiring players with a platform to showcase their skills. Meanwhile, the Gaming Masterclass equipped students with valuable knowledge in gaming, technology, and esports. These efforts underscore a commitment to not just marketing, but making a tangible difference in the lives of young gamers and enthusiasts.

Meanwhile, in MPL Malaysia, Infinix kicked off Season 15 with the Infinix Iftar Night 2025—an exclusive, closed-door event that went beyond typical sponsorships. Timed to coincide with the Ramadan period, the event blended cultural celebration with product innovation by offering guests a first look at Infinix's latest smartphone with a communal Buka Puasa (fast-breaking) gathering. As the opening event of the new season, it served as a thoughtful and timely way to connect with the local market, fostering deeper engagement through cultural traditions.

In Indonesia, during MDL ID Week 2, Infinix and MOONTON Games came together for a meaningful activation, the "Bukber Bareng Infinix dan MDL ID" (Iftar with Infinix and MDL ID). This initiative aligned with the Ramadan period, merging cultural relevance and the opportunity for brand engagement. The activation included broadcast integration, media outreach, and social media amplification to boost audience interaction. As part of the media engagement, the event served as a platform for insightful conversations with journalists, providing them with a deeper understanding of Infinix's role and future plans for the MLBB esports community.
Officially serving as the Tournament Smartphone Partner, Infinix's GT Series powers five major MLBB competitions, including MPL Cambodia, MPL Malaysia, and MPL Philippines, as well as MDL Indonesia and the MLBB Super League (MSL) in Myanmar. This collaboration not only showcases the performance of Infinix devices on the competitive stage but also reinforces the brand's commitment to supporting mobile esports across the region.
Together, MOONTON Games and Infinix are reshaping what a brand partnership can look like in mobile esports—building on shared values, community connection, and the spirit of competition to deliver memorable experiences for fans across the region.
